Depart from Miri around 7.40am. We reached Bintulu on noon. After lunch, we are heading to ABF.
Unfortunately we can't visit ABF factory but we can view it from Menara Kindurong.

ohh.. hartz chicken buffet. that day i had that. not nice eh. when there once then i dont feel like going again next time. the branch at sarawak ok ah?
not ok..i also won't go for second time..
